Just paid north of 250$ for estimates created by bristol park dental they though my insurance would pay but didnt. Not my inaccurate estimates, software, or error, yet somehow my debt collected post haste. I feel I paid for someone else's mistake. Care was better than other dentists.

Have never deleted a five star review so fast - this place used to be awesome but I'd stay far away now!! No one that I originally came on to leave a good review for is even there anymore apparently and its pretty clear just from the phone calls alone that I've had with whoever answers now that this place has gone to hell. I've never had such a painful conversation over the phone, I had to go somewhere else and suggest anyone else does the same!

Absolutely do not use this office! They are extremely unorganized, not at all dependable, and very unprofessional. They told me I needed 4 cleanings a year and have canceled every single one the day of to a week before my appointments for 3-4 appointments in a row! trying to push them out as much as 8-9 months! They severely overbook themselves and cut whichever appointments make them the least amount of money regardless of how crucial for your dental health.

Iam disappointed with my experience at this dental office. During my visit in September, I was told to return in March for a cleaning. On the day of the March appointment, I received a call informing me that the office had only scheduled 30 minutes and could not perform the cleaning. I was then rescheduled for June 11.
