Not recommended, near the road, very noisy. Be aware on your move out. They can charge you clean fee even when they find a hair! They try to charge every possible fee. There are many other nicer apartments in the oak ridge area.
Great service, but entire security deposit/ upfront fees are forfeit after 72 hours of waitlist acceptance. 3 openings over our 8 months on the waitlist with no recoup. Not great policy.
Great place to live pet friendly with deposit
Fee after fee, that’s ridiculous Trash: 50 Pet fee one time: $650 + $35 a month Garage: $150 Good god, no wonder no one wants to move
