Very nice. I only had to purchase a washer and dryer, all other appliances were provided. Very clean, well maintained, neighbors are polite but I really only speak in passing. I say that in an attempt to explain every day life at Bristol Park; it’s a kind quite apartment community that always has some fun little events for residents going on. We have food trucks. Kid friendly but no plenty of walking and strolling around the property and adjacent complex (there is a sidewalk with a duck pond) I think it’s called Leidos?? The... read more

Well maintained very nice land scaping, Well maintained Swimming pool. The staffs and maintenance personnel are extremely excellent in taking care of Bristol Park, Oak Ridge,TN
All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful and the other residents I met were very friendly. The location is great and felt very safe. I enjoyed all the events the staff held and the apartment amenities. Bristol Park is fantastic overall and I truly loved living here. It was nice to be a part of such a tight-knit community
