My family has been living here for 4 months now, and we have had a great experience so far. I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the lower rating and warnings about roaches, however, we have not had any issues. They have also fixed the gate, so it feels secure. he staff here are so kind and helpful. Rafael oversees groundkeeping and maintenance, and he does such a great job! We see him out making improvements almost daily, and maintenance requests have a quick response.
Beautiful place and the people in the office are very friendly. Thank you! I definitely want to live here.
Bike Theft Incident – Please Improve Security I wanted to share an incident that happened recently to raise awareness among current and future residents. On the night of August 11–12, 2025, both my bike and my neighbor’s bike were taken from the property. The apartment gates have been open for about a week due to maintenance, and the bikes were outside but not locked.
