Seems like favoritism runs rampant here if you are not liked by the people who run the place they will let you know it. It has also turned into 1984/ east Germany the only thing they offer is a okay pool rest is broke or not working
I have been living here a little under a year and so far my experience has been great. I have had no issues with management besides autopay didn’t work one month, so be sure to check! I read some mixed reviews but heard positive things from people in the area so I gave it a shot and without any unforeseen circumstances I could see myself staying for a while. My family has been living here for 4 months now, and we have had a great experience so far. I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the lower rating and warnings about roaches, however, we have not had any issues. They have also fixed the gate, so it feels secure. he staff here are so kind and helpful. Rafael oversees groundkeeping and maintenance, and he does such a great job! We see him out making improvements almost daily, and maintenance requests have a quick response.
