So far so good, absolutely easy process to move in and great front office staff. This is our 3rd apartment in Macon and so far it has been the best and easiest experience. The people that live here are nice and welcoming as well. I’ve read the other reviews and was a bit scared at first but I cannot complain about anything! My apartment was very clean when I moved and has plenty of space. Hopefully we continue to have good experiences here!!
Racist management or owners
Management racially profile people of color and shows discrimination.
When I first moved here, Melissa, the property manager was on point with managing the property and really taking care of the residents. Now, this place is awful and the apartments are so outdated! The gate is always broken causing the residents’ vehicles to be vulnerable! The property courtesy officer is far from being courteous annd is more concerned about breaking up a kids party and guarding a pool then he is of securing the property grounds, I can’t even remember when the last time breezeways were power washed! If i can give 0 stars I will, I called about an inquiry and I was rudely greeted by "Rachel". I wouldn't even look twice at this apartment building. If they can be rude to you just for inquiring. I couldn't imagine possibly living here. Blessed it as over the phone and not in person
