One of the best apartments complex my family and I ever lived in! It's so clean and peaceful and kids friendly. So many amenities to choose from on a day off, to relax and enjoy family time. Pools, play parks for your child or children, gym etc. And all to your advantage! Quiet neighborhood. Here is my issue. I’ve lived here since March 2024 and my AC has broke down 3 times!! It’s extremely difficult to reach someone in the office since there is no maintenance crew. They had some AC guy come out to the apartment and he told me nothing was wrong with the AC. Clearly there is if the thermostat is showing 80°, while it’s set to 70°. I lived in these apartments for nearly two years before relocating last year. While they serve more adequately as a first-time living space, there are notable drawbacks. The thin flooring permits sound transmission from the floors above, creating disturbances for residents. You can hear even neighbors alarm clocks going off in the morning. I also had many complaints about my upstairs neighbor's dog exceeding the pet weight limit, but management couldn't do anything about it.
