I used to love it here, but it has really taken a dive. The previous owners used to pressure wash regularly and unfortunately, that is no longer a thing. The birds nest in the sprinkles in the hallways and there is bird poop EVERYWHERE. The halls, the rails, the stairs. It is disgusting and embarrassing - especially for the price point. Staff does maintain the trash and lawn very well.

Bristol Park is a great community! The apartments are spacious and well maintained, and I love the updated features and large closets. The amenities are also a huge plus, especially the pool and dog park. The team is always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the community. Definitely recommend checking out Bristol Park if you’re looking for a new home in the area!

I wanted to give a shout-out to the maintenance man . We have a lot of birds around the complex, and the breezeways can sometimes get messy with bird droppings. I brought the issue to maintenance's attention, and he responded quickly by cleaning the breezeway. What really stands out is that I often see him checking and cleaning the breezeways before heading home. It's clear that he takes pride in keeping the property clean and looking its best, and that effort is appreciated. I also want to recognize the new property manager... read more
