I wanted to give a shout-out to the maintenance man . We have a lot of birds around the complex, and the breezeways can sometimes get messy with bird droppings. I brought the issue to maintenance's attention, and he responded quickly by cleaning the breezeway. What really stands out is that I often see him checking and cleaning the breezeways before heading home. Seriously go anywhere else. Want to sleep in? You can’t because either your upstairs neighbors throw bowling balls (or at least that’s what it sounds like) or you have gamer neighbors keeping you up all night that happens too or the lawn people show up at the crack of dawn or people have kids outside/hallways running while screaming. Be prepared for cursing, screaming and all sorts of nonsense that your children will be subjected to. Walls? Paper thin. Floors? Squeaky and loud like it’s a 1900’s haunted house.
