Bristol Oyster Bar is my favorite of all of the great restaurants in Bristol. It goes without saying that the oyster selection is phenomenal. What makes BOB are the inventive menu with new and interesting offerings springing from the kitchen, and the friendly and efficient staff that make dining at BOB an event and not just a meal.
