As I was going into the office I saw a lady crying. I couldn't help but ask why and she didnt hesitate to tell me all about it and she had just left the office of Dr. Brasfield of Tri Cities Spine. I wont reveal the details but it was all the fault of the doctor's office. I had my appointment with Dr. Brasfield and proceeded to check in and do paperwork.
