DO NOT GO HERE!! These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks! I brought my car in for an oil change. Soon after, I started to notice mechanical malfunctions. I went in for a check engine light and was told that I needed a brand new heating regulator. Well they took one out of a used car and put it into my. Complete SCAM ARTISTS – Saw an ad for a used car for sale at Bristol Motor Works. They claimed that the timing belt and water pump had been changed and offered a 6,000 or 6 mo. warranty. The price seemed in the ballpark. I called to verify what was said in the ad and then took the 1 hour trip to go see the car. DO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE - from a witness of the last review – The lady who says not to is one of those people who want to get out of paying her bill. I was there when she started screaming at the employees and blaming Motor works for her car problems. She was the one who put the wrong oil in her car, or allowed someone else like midas to mess it up. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE – Brought in my VW. They told me they fixed my car and just 2 weeks later the same problem acted up. When I contacted them they were extremely rude. I was hung up on numerous times. Upon having the car looked at by another mechanic, it turns out they never fixed the car. They lied and ripped me off. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

stear clear – bristol motor work will rip you off! places like this are the reason used car sales has a bad name, and people like them are the reason that god doesnt talk to us anymore. they glued my 03 jetta together so it would look nice on the test drive, and it started falling apart on the way home. when i confronted them about the severe repairs it needed they hung up on me. now im stuck with over a thousand dollars worth of repairs on a car i bought a week ago. they are scoundrels, do not patronize this establishment

Avoid! – Bought a Suburban, seemed like a great car. They claimed it came with a new transmission, and made promises about fixing various things on it before I picked it up. When I picked it up the things needing fixing had NOT been attended to, but since they were relatively minor (dings in windshield, taillight broken) I took the car anyway. great place to go if you own a car! – We discovered bristol motor works shopping for a used car for our sons commute to school and a year later the car runns great.We have been back for service work and the prices are very resonable.Shopping for and suv and watching new inventory on there website at bristolmotorworks.
