Great Place, just moved here approx. 4 months ago. It is so quiet and just love my apartment. Maintenance is great and so is management.

I have lived here several years and I love it here. It is very quiet and the management is very responsive. I have never had any maintenance issues with my ceiling or anything else. I have looked around for other apartments and have lived in others, but none are as nice and quiet as Bristol Lakes.
Lived here for several years. The place is really going downhill. The apartments are old and need to be refurbished. I cant tell you how many people had their ceilings leak - repeatedly. The management is not oriented to serving the tenants and is often outright hostile. If you go to them, you are the problem. There are far better choices in the area....
these apartments are small, they have a very small pool and laundry room, the trash dumpsters are always full, no 24 hour security, and it takes forever to get your deposit returned, but they sure want the rent on the 1st, on time, Former Resident
