I canceled my insurance because I lost my job. I called them and explained the situation. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I begged them not to because I wouldn’t be able to pay the $75. They did it anyways and it went to collections. They ruined my credit! I do not recommend this company. They are inconsiderate and don’t care.
Adelia is absolutely amazing. Not only is she very knowledgeable, her customer service is outstanding! She goes above and beyond in every aspect. Adelia knows insurance, her customer safety and satisfaction is her priority. She definitely an asset to your company. Thank you so very much Adelia!!!
Not good experience....
I have been incredibly fortunate to have been referred to Adelia at Bristol Insurance Agency several years ago. I have been able to save money and have referred my Mother who also has saved money on her auto policies thanks to the incredible service from Adelia. I’ve been able to get flawless and transparent service without any hassle’s from her going on 3 years now and couldn’t be happier having her as an insurance agent. Thank you Adelia for all you do!
