I have a thing about talking to people. Like I am very personable and make friends everywhere, but, when it comes to speaking to either a clinician, therapist or psychiatrist, I have not had the best experiences. I have ADHD and ADD, and met with specialist throughout my life, whomeither judged me or looked down upon me.
