Samatha was so kind and so professional during my Mother's stay at John Knox Village in Weslaco, TX. Her diligence and knowledge during this trying time for me and my family was fantastic.She is a true treasure and went out of her way to keep us informed. Bristol is so well organized and efficient. My elderly friend is getting everything she needs and more for her care. More than that, her hospice nurse Samantha is really enriching my friend's quality of life because of her cheerful demeanor, intelligence, empathy, solicitude, and good listening skills. I highly recommend.
I want to give thanks and praise for the staff at bristol especially Samantha and esmer for coordinating the family with transition into hospice. I also want to thank Eileen for the wonderful care rendered to my sister.
