We were referred to Bristol Hospice by Johnston Willis. My mother had a ruptured aneurysm and was in the Neuro ICU. It was recommended that we obtain the services of a Hospice facility and ended up with Bristol. We enrolled in their services with a pretty lengthy process and my mother passed shortly thereafter. Jennifer Nix , outstanding , exceptional hospice service. She nurtured Lily Mae's care to support optimal LIVING. Never once did she misstep. She was there to the very end. Over 1 year of unbelievable care driven quality of life support. As a private care CNA I've transitioned 6 people and I've worked closely with 4 different hospice providers. We worked with Bristol Hospice for a few months for our elderly mother’s care. They were recommended by the care facility where she lived. We were very happy with their enthusiasm and interest in our mother. Very good communication with her assigned nurse. We recommend Bristol Hospice in the Richmond VA area.

We have used Bristol Hospice for sometime and are very pleased with them. Jennifer nurse comes in as ofter as if needed and is excellent. Highly recommend Bristol Hospice.
