I'm taking care of my mom n so far I have not received any money even tho it's my mom n I'd do it 4 free, she can b a hand full. I just feel like all the loops n hoops r not needed all the unnecessary paperwork is not needed I have bills 2 pay just like everyone else. Other than that u guys are wonderful 😊
Lexi our RN was phenomenal! She answered all of our questions and was always there when we needed her. I think our CNA was Jason. He was great we just didn’t have much time with him. I think he only came 3 times. We felt very supported by Bristol and when we has a question in the middle of the night we would call and they where so helpful. We always felt better when we got off the phone with them.
My mom has a nurse and social worker—both are responsive, kind, and helpful. They respond quickly to my phone calls. My mom said they explain things well to her and she is happy with everyone.. The instake person was great also
I'm glad that they are taking care of my mom.
