Death is never an easy thing to deal with but Catherine, Brianne, and the rest of the team at Bristol made it as easy as possible. Their care, from keeping by father comfortable, to keeping him clean was amazing. The care that they showed touched. my heart. Brianne asked me to call her directly when he passed as she wanted to be there for us and to say goodbye to him. She is like family! Thank you all for making his death as comfortable and dignified as possible. Definitely use these folks!
The care my father was provided was beyond exceptional in the most difficult yet the most precious time that mattered. The last 7 days my family and I was able to spend with my dad was wonderful! A big thank you to Nancy, Bri and Maria for being attentive, polite and supportive.

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with Bristol Hospice Lancaster!!! I tried unsuccessfully for a week to sign my wife up with another hospice service my doctor recommended and it was incredibly frustrating. At one point they told me I would have to drop my BCBS secondary insurance. After calling them numerous times and them telling me they would be getting right back and waiting almost a week, I finally called up Bristol Hospice after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend. What a blessing it was to care for my father at home. Bristol was so supportive, and the attention we got being a more rural area was unmatched. Highly recommend Bristol hospice.
