Compassionate care… patience and expertise… Bristol Hospice is taking wonderful care of my loved one.
I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with Bristol Hospice Lancaster!!! I tried unsuccessfully for a week to sign my wife up with another hospice service my doctor recommended and it was incredibly frustrating. At one point they told me I would have to drop my BCBS secondary insurance. After calling them numerous times and them telling me they would be getting right back and waiting almost a week, I finally called up Bristol Hospice after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend. What a blessing it was to care for my father at home. Bristol was so supportive, and the attention we got being a more rural area was unmatched. Highly recommend Bristol hospice.
When my brother Antonio decided he would not be receiving any more surgeries, everything happened so fast. Within 20 minutes of being placed on palliative care at the hospital, a hospice representative came in and informed us that if he did not stop dialysis, no hospice would accept him — and that his insurance would not approve services. We are a senior assisted living in Palmdale and we currently work with Bristol, we are so thankful for Bristol they are absolutely amazing, we have worked with several hospice companies in the past and Bristol is the only company that goes above and beyond for their patients.
