Bristal Hospice has been with us every step of the process of evaluating my MIL, helping with hospital discharge, transporation to an ALF, and now caring for her at her as she adjusts to her new location. They have been very communicative and caring for our family and her, during this confusing, stressful time. We know she is in good hands now.
Bristol Hospice worked with me and my family as my sister was passing away. They were very compassionate and supportive. They offered help in ways we would have not expected like providing help with paperwork for work absences. They were also kind and considerate of my sister who was comatose. After my sister passed the chaplain and one of her nurses reached out to me to see if we needed further assistance. I highly recommend this hospice group.
Bristol was very caring with my mom. Staff was there for any questions we had.
My mom has been with Bristol Hospice for a few weeks and they have been wonderful. Every single person we’ve met from nurses to the social worker to the guys delivering medical equipment - I mean EVERYONE - has been so kind, friendly, and caring. There hasn’t been one setback or miscommunication. They have literally taking care of everything in a timely manner. I know they’re just a phone call or visit away. My experience with Bristol was amazing. From the moment I called to get information about Hospice care, and throughout the process of my dad's passing and all that comes after. When I had a problem with comfort for my dad I called and within a few hours supplies and medicine were arriving at my door step.
