Really can't give an accurate reference for this company. The admin individual who was there when I placed my father on hospice was very professional and kind. She & the nurse took their time, answered all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. My father was only in hospice for a week so we never saw the pastoral staff or anyone else. I guess I would recommend them based on that, but really other than one individual calling afterwards I had no other contact with them.
Bristol Hospice was great at a time that i needed comfort and an assurance that all would be taken care of.
I originally brought my home from the hospital on hospice from another company. When they closed their doors with no warning, I was blessed to being referred to Bristol. This company is full of angels. They picked up the slack of the other company and have been wonderful to work with. I am so glad I have Bristol helping care for my mom.
Well I am very happy with the way thay have takin care of my mother thay have treated her well and she is very appreciative of there work and there iner action each time thay have been here. she is very happy with the Chaplin. All of them have been respectful and have mad my mother feel verry uplifting about her situation and that has made it more comfortable for my mom to get better.
