My dad has not been on hospice for long so do not feel I can give a fair rating. He has had to have a 1 on 1 CNA due to constant falls, in which we are very appreciative of that, falls are dangerous for the elderly. Though I did have a question for the nurse and gave a call today, have yet to receive a call back, it’s been a few hours, not sure of the response time. Will review again when more familiar with Bristol.

When Mom went to the ER for the 7th time in a year, we knew that she wouldn't return home the same this time. She suffered a stroke which advanced her dementia and the hematoma on her brain has not gotten smaller. We were told that she needed Hospice Care. We interviewed 3 companies and by far Bristol Hospice checked all the boxes for our family so we could bring Mom home safely and make sure she would be as comfortable as possible. My mom’s Bristol team has been amazing. We started with the Merced branch and when we had to transition to a care facility outside our county, Fresno picked up with the same quality and loving care.
