My mother-in-law’s cardiologist recommended Bristol to us. I cannot say enough about this company. Not only were they a huge comfort to my MIL, but to the entire family. Very responsive, excellent communication and followup. The process of starting hospice is terrifying and overwhelming. So many emotions. Our only regret is not accepting the referral sooner.

This was not a good experience with Hospice. In fact I'd say this was the worst experience to endure with a loved one. If I could give NO stars I would. With all the great reviews and quick initial response and kind phone interactions I went with this company. I was expecting comfort for my mother and my family in her final days with us. Things started off well but quickly went downhill. I was not informed of a 'necessary' equipment swap out and downgrades (including her bed) when my mom had days to live. The whole team, were very caring, polite, they showed compassion, they made my long time girlfriend very comfortable, they took very good care of her.
