I had nothing but problems with this office. They constantly rescheduled my appointments and it was impossible to get an appointment when needed. Dr. Shweta Upadhyay, MD was very unprofessional and cares nothing about her patients. I can not speak on any of the other doctors in the practice, only Dr. Upadhyay. She treats her patients like they do not matter and are disposable. I was referred to Dr Himanshu Rawal. If I could give this doctor and his staff 10 stars I would. Being a person with high anxiety, from the get go I was met with such kind. And compassionate people at the reception area. Very accommodating, very friendly and courteous. This helped promote a calmness in me. I thank them for this. Then, I met the Doctor! Everyone is so nice here and they treat you with much respect. They care about their patients and that truly makes a difference. The Doctors, Nurses and Office employees are all amazing. They saved my life when all my other doctors were out of options. I highly recommend this place!
