awful Dr’s office people who call you from there are rude they don’t state their name very unprofessional. Sad to say cause the Dr was nice but i refuse to deal with rude nurses, Medical assistance. i’m the client here not them they should treat people with the up most respect. I’ll no longer going to this office any more. you guys should address the girls who call rude. Go figure Bristol Hospital for you.
I had nothing but problems with this office. They constantly rescheduled my appointments and it was impossible to get an appointment when needed. Dr. Shweta Upadhyay, MD was very unprofessional and cares nothing about her patients. I can not speak on any of the other doctors in the practice, only Dr. Upadhyay. She treats her patients like they do not matter and are disposable. I was referred to Dr Himanshu Rawal. If I could give this doctor and his staff 10 stars I would. Being a person with high anxiety, from the get go I was met with such kind. And compassionate people at the reception area. Very accommodating, very friendly and courteous. This helped promote a calmness in me. I thank them for this. Then, I met the Doctor!
