I can't say enough positive words about this office and care provided to my family. Never any wait tome. Office and med assistant staff always friendly and helpful. Marybeth Fisher,APRN is sooo patient and kind. I was also able to meet with Dr. DiSantis and Dr. Bodanski for my Aunts care and they were just as wonderful. Plenty of parking in front of office and easy entrance.
I have been seeing Dr. Vincent DeSantis for over a year and am very impressed with his expertise and the quality of care I receive. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides clear explanations during my visits to address concerns. Marybeth Fisher is SO kind and caring with my elderly Mom. She takes her time to explain things to her and lets her ask questions (sometimes repeatedly) and never makes her feel as though her concerns are silly.
The front desk last name Garcia was astonishingly rude. She kept me waiting and asking for my insurance which they already had on file and had billed me and then told me my appointment should be rescheduled even though I drove from so far away. She was the most rude and insensitive person I have ever met. I will be transferring care after this experience.
