Doctors are nice but it seems they are only willing to do check up appointments for people and nothing else you get told to go to a walk in clinic or emergency room for any real health problem the people answering the phone always seem like they are having a bad day
Sue Justice is the most caring and compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. She actually cares and it’s amazing.
I’m not sure what it is, but every single time I come in, the front desk ppl. are just oblivious when it comes to checking their pt in and out. I literally walk in say good morning and no acknowledgement or a good morning back. I’m checking out and the young girl is sitting just sipping her water without a care in a world sees me standing waiting to check out doesn’t acknowledge me for at least 5 mins.
