Was looking forward to coming here to establish new patient care but both times my appointment was cancelled 24 hours before my appointment. The first time the scheduler was extremely rude to me as if it was a burden to call me and tell me my appointment needed to be rescheduled both times that provider was now unavailable at that time. I spoke with Kayla over the phone to get set up with a new primary care. The process went very smoothly, she was very efficient and respectful of my time. She answered any additional questions I had. Great customer service!
Primary care is great.
This place is the epitome of what's wrong with our medical system today. My prescriber has been reaching out for a month with no response for medications my father needs. They overwork their doctors. They can't fill out paperwork on time or correctly.
I h8 this hospital so much lol they don’t even answer the phone!!!
