to whom it may concern, i was told by rebecca iannucci that i was discharged from the pratice and her reason was that she didn't like the way that i came in to the pratice, i really think that she didn't fully read my file at all. i suffer from bipolar and there are days that i have somedays are good one's and then there are days that are not so good ones ofr me. when i first meet her assistance, she gave me a lot of attitude, with someone like me and having bipolar i tend to react to someone who acts like that towards me. w... read more
Very bad service, I know 2 doctors from that place, they attend to you and they do not want to give you the results online on the Web, because they want to charge the medical plan, if you have a private plan from your work, do not go to this place at 15 Riverside Ave Bristol, people do not need to know the results in person!
Friendly staff and always on time with appointments
Was looking forward to coming here to establish new patient care but both times my appointment was cancelled 24 hours before my appointment. The first time the scheduler was extremely rude to me as if it was a burden to call me and tell me my appointment needed to be rescheduled both times that provider was now unavailable at that time.
