Went too Dr. Chernesky's office in Terryville for the lab. The Phlebotomist, who didn't bother to introduce herself was the RUDEST, SNOTTY, UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL THAT I'VE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH! I asked HER to also draw the lab order that was already in the system and not on the order I had with me. She said she would, I asked again just before she did the draw if she was also going too draw this other specific test, again she said "Yes, I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!
