Dr. Bondhis is the best primary care doctor ever. He takes time to explain everything and is concerned with both your physical and mental health. He is caring and compassionate. I am fortunate to have him as as my PC. He also has a wonderful staff.
ER for my 104 yr old uncle didn’t start out so well. My complaint is with Merlon who came into the room to take him for a walk to check his oxygen level. He took him by the wrist while looking at the tv screen not paying attention without his walker! My uncle took 2 steps n knew he didn’t feel safe n refused to walk any further. I didn’t feel my uncle was safe with him at all!! As far as the rest of his stay I would give it an 8 due to one incident where he was left on toilet n forgotten about. I liked the Dr a lot. He was very concerned and thorough.
Dr Nelson Bondhus is one of the best PC doctors. He listens to his patients and get results done immediately and the staff that works with Dr Bondhus are amazing workers very polite and caring
