Kathy was extremely friendly last week at the MCC Riverside blood lab. I had my results the next day and my Dr called with the results. I highly recommend this location.

I went to the appointment but they told they rescheduled it as doctor wants an hour long appointment but mine was scheduled for half hour so they cancel the appointment. I was left voicemail just two days before the appointment. I didn’t receive any message of cancellation .but earlier I got a message to confirm and letting me know that there will be $50 for no charge. DONT GO HERE!!! one of the WORST places to go for medical specialty groups. went up to the person at the front desk, who usually gives directions, and i said i have an appointment with the hand surgeon, and she said “i can check you in here”. cut to forty minutes later, no one’s called my name and a nurse appears saying she didn’t know i was here because the receptionist put me in as a no show. the doctor assures me this charge will be taken care of. i go in a few weeks later for another appointment, and when i go to pay my ... read more
