De edwards is great. He listens and explains everything very well.
Dr. Edwards is a very good doctor. He’s very compassionate and you can tell that he really cares .
Not a bad place. I like Dr. Edwards but the front desk lacks kindness. Anytime I have an appointment there, I dread going because of the front staff. I either get an attitude or nothing at all no Hi how are you. The last time I was there and went to check out, the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed because she was eating and I had to check out at the same time. This office's phone system absolutely SUCKS! On numerous occasions, I've tried repeatedly to call to either reschedule or confirm appointments, and the phone system always hangs up on me. I can never get through to a real person. Frustrating. I'm ready to look for another office that actually seems to care about their patients.
