I really disappointed with this apartment. I lived there for 2 years. Everything was fine until I moved out. I signed a 6 months contact because I planned to bought my own house. And I have to pay a higher price for 6 months instead of 12 months. And of course, we accepted the price. However, when we moved out on 5th month. They told us we still have to pay one more month until our contact end or we have to pay a fee to break the contact. We agree and pay one more month of lease. It's not the worst part yet.
