I just want to say Julia, the apartment manager at Bristol Court Apartments in Milwaukie off of Fuller Rd & Michael Drive is the best manager I have ever worked with as far as me being a tenant here at the Bristol Court Apartments. She is very communicative and thorough and very polite, kind and courteous. Most apartments I have lived at the apartment managers have always seemed bothered by questions or requests or maintenance but NOT Julia she is always cheerful and happy to help. They do not enforce the rules. Dog barking. Working on cars. Backing in with gas fumes coming from cars. They don't care so why should I follow rules! I wish I could move. When Jamie was manager is was alot better
Below average units for above average cost. Units are low quality with thin walls, old appliances, and shoddy construction, but cost is above average. I do not recommend.
