Bristol Bar & Grille has been an iconic Louisville tradition ever since it first set shop in the year 1977. Part of a famous chain with a strong presence in Kentucky, this Highlands outlet prides to be the very first one and is centrally located in the city. Made famous for those appetizing green chili wontons, it also remains a favorite dining spot for lavish Sunday brunches. The vintage-inspired wine cellar is run by two expert sommeliers and serve up some of the finest wines and spirits of the region.

So much love in the Sunday brunch with the family. The food is delicious, but I must admit I loved the company, too!

Good atmosphere – It is one of my favorite restaraunts in town. Outdoor dining --- good for dates. The bar and list of wine are good.

Good salads/soups – Server wasn't very attentive and this was at a slow time of day
A Louisville Safe Haven – Out of the places that have come & gone and the ones that that have changed over the years, The Bristol is one of the few left I really like in Louisville. Like many patrons, I also go weekly. Service is always top notch and professional. Turnover among the staff is very low. No one is treated better than anybody else. Great meeting place. – Wonderful food and a great place to meet after or before the theatre. etc. I like the Hurstbore location, partly because I live in the area and the decor is excellent.
Best Restaurant! – It's my husband's and my favorite restaurant in Louisville. We generally go weekly - sometimes more than once a week! The food is great and the service is fantastic.
