Dealer was very professional. Put vehicle on lift so we could inspect under the car.

Mark made every effort to make sure the car was in the best shape possible before it left his lot. Overall good experience from beginning to end. Plenty of lollipops offered in the mean time..

The young man Alec was very informative on the vehicle we had chosen and he replied promptly to all emails and texts which made the whole process extremely Pleasant and helped with my busy schedule as well especially since the vehicle was an hour and 15 minutes away we only had to drive to the dealership twice and within those two visits we drove home with a nicely new used car and so far it is all going well thanks to Bristol Auto Center
