Julio and the rest of the maintenance crew are very reliable and fast at their jobs and willing to knock out any other repairs at the moment they are there.
This place is so poorly built and managed! There are roaches EVERWHERE. I literally had one crawl on me while sleeping..... I'm traumatized. They keep the pool closed all the time and make up reasons why it cant be opened. They only give certain residents and staff access to the pool area. The wild dog packs are a danger to small children and pets. The cops are here every day. There is no one to complain to because the owner is the management company! They don't care about anything other than ripping people off.
