This place is disgusting! Bird and dog poo all over the damn place. The health department needs to be called on Bristol! The bird poo all in the hallways… on the lights… on the railing… on your patio. And the residents with dogs let their dogs pee and poo in the hallways and where you lock up your bike. I had an appointment last week went and no one showed, had an appointment today to give another chance and yet again I was stood up. Office lights were on but door was locked. I called and someone verified my appointment said they might be on another appointment I waited 15 minutes and left. Very unprofessional wasting my time twice

I’ve been trying to apply here for weeks and cannot get ahold of anyone. They sent me an email last week for an appointment today at 1pm, I agreed and showed up early. No one ever came. I’ve been to this property 3 times now, called multiple times, and emailed. The number they give you at the door is to an off site team who has no idea what is actually going on at the property and is no help. I genuinely have no idea how they get people in their apartments. Super frustrating.
