Worst experience ever...if you care about your sanity or health never live here. We were forced to live with leaking windows/water build up for months, excuse after excuse of why they weren't doing a thing about it. Reported back in July and wasn't replaced until December. Yelled at by the manager several times for asking simple questions, maintenance is a joke they are lacking basic knowledge to keep things up to date. I had an amazing experience with the management team at this apartment complex. One night I accidentally left my garage key inside my car and couldn’t get into my garage. I called for help, and to my surprise they showed up in the middle of the night to assist me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and determined to find a solution. There are too many cockroaches in these apartments. I initially recommended them to family and friends, but they have the same problem. And if you try to get rid of the pest infestation yourself, Angela and her office colleague will fine you for it. And if you want to talk to them or complain about any problem, you'll end up worse off than when you started because all they do is yell and stress you out.

WARNING! Living at Bristol Ridge has been an absolute nightmare. My apartment is overrun with cockroaches that crawl out of the dishwasher, cabinets, outlets, toilets, shower heads, and stove. For almost two years, management has claimed to schedule pest control, yet despite monitoring my Ring camera during “treatment days,” no one has ever come to spray.
