I had a c-section and went over all my insurance and the exact amount I would pay with BOTH this place AND Ballad… but somehow, despite all that was said and agreed upon BEFOREHAND, they suddenly didn’t even file with my insurance!!! I called and was told they would immediately (why they didn’t after it was agreed upon hasn’t been answered). I never hear from them until I call 6 weeks later at which point I’m told I’ll be called back as their system was down. Fine. I wait again. And wait… until I get a final notice 3 weeks l... read more
