Highly recommend. Polite, honest, thorough and pleasant people. Love my new roof. They even installed a set of new shutters for me. Worked with Justin the most (great!) but everyone was fantastic. Very attentive to my questions. Great cleanup. I have a dog and I walk around in my bare feet in the warmer months. Was worried about nails from the old roof. Haven't found one yet :-)
We had some roof damage from a recent storm. I emailed Bristlewood at around 8:30pm and they responded very quickly (within 5 minutes) letting me know they would have their team at our house the next day. Justin and Matt came out the next day as promised and not only inspected the roof but also repaired it within a few hours. Did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards We would recommend them to anyone else looking for a roofing or siding.
Highly recommend! Ryan and his team were polite, considerate, knowledgeable and fast. They managed to budget a better-quality roof within the insurance company’s allowed budget. The roofing team minimized disruption and cleaned everything up 100% They were even patient dealing with our insurance company after the original adjuster quit. If you want someone who cares about making your house whole after a storm as quickly as possible, call Bristlewood.
