Don't be fooled by the AD's. This is in a very high crime neighborhood. The place looks like it's falling apart. This property is very dirty, and not very well taken care of, and there are drinking, smoking, pot smoking people that live in this complex. Lots of loud partiers too. One crazy guy likes to yell at all the neighbors on the street as they walk by at night. He's always out on the patio drunk. I don't think think the owner cares either.
