Bristlecone Construction was a disaster to work with. They were consistently late, always behind schedule, and communication between Zach, Sarah, and Kevin was disorganized and ineffective. We rarely received clear answers, and timelines were constantly missed. Bristlecone did not do work for me, but rather did work near my place of business. Having construction nearby is always going to be a bit disruptive, but like going to the dentist, there is long-term benefit for short-term discomfort. I found them to be professional and responsive. The one issue I did bring up with a foreman (traffic control) was promptly addressed. And none of my customers (mostly foot traffic navigating the neighborhood} never had any complaints

The apartment construction workers at 5256 N. Federal working for BRISTLECONE with WEINS developers were rude and inappropriate with one of my tenants and treated her with disrespect! Additionally, these two developers DO NOT follow or adhere to Denver City and County Noise Ordinances as well as when they can start their construction (they consistently begin BEFORE 7am!!) which is against Denver Ordinances.
