Not happy with the company and won't use again. VERY HIGH cost. First service call did not fix issue. Had to come out a second time. Company tried to charge me again to fix what hadn't been corrected on first service call. Charged almost $1,000 for minor issues. Ridiculous.
Brister-Stephens has service my home HVAC systems for years, and they told me both furnaces had rusted through. I researched alternatives for replacing them, and came back to Brister-Stephens as my best option. I'm glad I did - they did an incredible job. Their quote was among the lowest I received, and their work was superb. They had to replace and rebuild a number of components for the installation, all of which they did exceptionally well. Thanks or an A+ job!
This morning, December 31, 2024, while driving my child to school, I had an extremely concerning encounter with one of your company vehicles (#92). Around 7:30–8:00 AM, the driver of this vehicle was driving in such a reckless and dangerous manner that it endangered not only my life and my child’s life but also the lives of others on the road. I have been doing business with Brister-Stephens for over 10 years. My house was a rental for a few years and I had a home warranty so I have had plenty experience with other companies over the years. For the most part it is extremely hard to find a good AC/Heat company and because I was living in another state I was often a victim some shady folks. Our house has three units.
