Love, love, love our new dock. Brison and his team did an amazing job tearing out the old and construction of the new . He discussed with us all the details and made great suggestions all throughout the process . Excellent quality work , reasonably priced and it was done in a very timely manner.
We hired Brison Swank Remodeling to do the drywall finishing and install baseboards in our basement remodel as well as install our kitchen backsplash. He has fair prices and was very responsive. He was easy to work with and takes pride in his work. He answered all our questions and provided recommendations which was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend Brison and will use him for any future project needs.
Brison is a gem! His communication is excellent. The best contractor I have dealt with. He takes great pride in his workmanship. He is detail oriented, dependable and thorough. He made sure I was kept appraised of everything, throughout each the project. He gave me a copy of every receipt to show me his charges were accurate. Had our porch beams and railings along with the stairs done last weekend. Very professional, showed up on time, respected our area and finished same day. Very reasonable in price. Will use Brison again.
I hired B Swank Remodeling LLC Bryson to complete a three season addition which a local contractor did not complete and did not do many aspect of the job correctly. Bryson pointed out other issues of the room I was not aware of. He provided me an estimate and time frame to complete the project. He had to re do the siding, put house wrap under the siding , fixed the roof, complete the indoor trim, re grout the tile on the floor, hang two interior doors and a few other items.
