These guys are amazing, great Ozzie service, know their machines and sold us a beauty! Got the East wind 45 with flail mower, grabbed a carry all and rake as well!! We named it Ding Dong and she is doing everything so well, has been built for our harsh conditions and hasn’t missed a beat!! Highly recommend this mob!!
These guys are absolutely fantastic, Scott went out of his way and helped me through some trouble shooting on my dongfeng zb25 tractor which helped me rectify my issues. AMAZING SERVICE I can’t thank Scott and Cam enough for helping me out when I bought a new slasher. I was really struggling to release the PTO shaft on the old slasher. Cam came to my property, removed the old slasher and fitted the new one as well as giving me some great advice. Truly the best customer service. I highly recommend Brismac.
Best customer experience I've had in years! When I got home I was telling my partner how great the guy was. Bought my part, meanwhile he was looking up sources for used parts for my 70s tractor. Pleasure to deal with. Price for bearco brand was better than I expected.
I’ve waited a little over a year to give an honest review of Brismac. I bought a brand new EastWind DFS454 tractor with a front end loader, 4 in 1 bucket, Pallet forks & 5 foot heavy duty slasher initially, taking delivery on the 28th of June 2024 at my Wamuran jobsite doing contract firewood salvage logging. Post sales support included a full service kit, a replacement hydraulic hose for the 4 in 1 bucket that I accidentally sheered detaching the bucket once.
