RecommendedMet the Brisket Brothers BBQ Smokehouse at the Green Market Farmer's Market at the Alliance for the Arts in Fort Myers this morning to get some of his smoked Salmon. Man that was simply the very best smoked salmon I have had in quite a long time. It was smokey and melts in your mouth. Very good smoke with a hint of sweet. Highly recommend stopping by their shop at College Pkwy and Winkler Road. You must try their pickled side dishes too.

From the moment you walk in, you know it's going to be good. A small place, the aroma of the smoker meets you immediately, followed by the friendly owner. The tender pulled pork will fill you up but save room - the Mexican street corn is amazing!
The beef was horrible. I actually got sick when I got home. Sauce was just fair.
Brisket Brothers did the pulled pork for our 10th anniversary party at our church, New Hope Presbyterian on March 18, 150 pounds. It was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you, Thank you.
