On Monday, the roof of our rental home was severely impacted by golf ball sized hall stones which exploded half of the roof tiles on the roof. Although we contacted our insurer and also SES, given the volume of requests they could not attend immediately. I contacted BrisCo Roofing and within 1 hour they attended with a full team and replaced the exploded tiles while a downpour of rain was unfolding.
