I have a lot of respect and trust for Jim. Was taking a new-ish car to the local dealership for servicing -- they quoted close to $1000 for replacing rear brake pads, so I said 'hold up, I'll get a quote on that from bloke down the road'. Jim quoted significantly below dealership (of course) but when I took my car in to Jim, he had a look and said the dealership was BS-ing me and the brake pads were good for a lot longer (still 60% thickness left). I have seen Jim and crew for 10+ years. They are hands down the best. No bull, down to earth, get the job done, honest and reliable mechanics. Very excited that my capped servicing has ended and can now come back to Jim for my car needs. Please never retire
Good old-fashioned service! Jim has always looked after us and we wouldn't go anywhere else - he is an excellent, honest mechanic.
