Phoned up earlier for my newborn son staff were very very rude I've never been spoken to like that in my life and apparently Medicare does not do rebate. they are just rude they are misinfoming people that Medicare does not do rebate
Great experience today (Nov 2023) with Dr. Helen and her team. My 5month old baby was taken great care of for her Frenectomy. Everything was explained clearly, which helped put me at ease as I was very nervous. Dr. Helen and her lovely assistant (sorry I can’t remember her name) made my baby very comfortable and happy before doing the actual cut.
