Very clean. Lady at reception was so helpful and nice. Easy check in and out. Location is good for shops but busy and noisy. Ear plugs were provided but we didn't end up needing them.
Previously broken towel rail fell off and hit me in the foot as it was apparently just put up there after it was broken last time so I wasn't real happy with the way I was treated by the man in the office expecting me to know everything when I had never been there before
I had nice stay in Brisbane street studios. The room came with a fully equipped kitchen. However, because the location was near the main road, it was a little bit noisy. On the other hand, it was easily accessible by public transport. Thank you again to the managers.
