Dr Navid is a safe, caring and passionate doctor. He has a lovely bedside manner. Extremely good listening skills. The nursing staff were lovely I felt well looked after and listened to. The BPH is a beautiful hospital with state of the art facilities. I continue on my journey, getting back to work and enjoying life again. Thankyou

DAY SURGERY I had a very distressing experience at this facility due to clinical oversights and poor communication. Because I am on a weight loss medication, I had to fast for 24 hours (instead of from midnight), but due to a 30-minute surgery push and then being left in the pre-op waiting room for an additional 2 hours with no updates (I felt forgotten about), my fast ended up being 28 hours total.
