The team is great! They are really warm, professional and good with children. We have always had pleasant experiences here.
Thank you to the Brisbane Smiles team for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed in the Practice! The reception team was so friendly - especially just how kind and warm Madonna is! I was even offered a coffee upon arrival, which made it feel more like a spa/hair appointment. And their comfort menu helped me to relax and enjoy my experience even more! The level of patient care and thorough explanation of treatment was second to none, I completely trust my Dentist's opinion. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks team :)
Seriously the worst dentist visit experience in my life… the extreme upselling is terribly painful and unpleasant, made to do a tour of the facilities, and dragged around like a child. Three of our family went and two different Dentists told us we need thousands of dollars of work. This is presented to you in a pushy, used car salesman like way, being presented at yet another office / person to upsell and lock you in. Sign to keep the price valid and book it now baloney.
