I had a complimentary skin assessment and quote for injectables at this clinic and two others. This was by far the most expensive! I went to The Skin Lab at Spring Hill and had great results at great prices! BTW I saw the photos of the bruises on one of the reviews here. Ouch! 😫
I arrived at my appointment to be told it was cancelled due to “scheduling issues”. Was told my deposit would not be refunded until a later date because the eftpos machine had “refunds turned off by the bank”. I prefer honesty over excuses and don’t appreciate my time being wasted.
Unprofessional location & practice Dr Watson, i do not recommend. The doctor is very weired, very unlikable character, did't say anything useful. Why most australian doctors are so useless?
I’ve been seeing Sam since July 2023 as I wanted to get my skin under control in time for my wedding. She’s been absolutely amazing – not only has she helped my skin but she also recommended products that are super practical and last forever. I’ll definitely be continuing to visit the clinic as part of my regular skincare routine.
I’ve had a great experience receiving treatment with Aashma. She was very helpful throughout my treatment journey and answered any questions I had. She has continued to check in on my skin’s progress even after my treatments. I had incredible results & am very happy with the treatment.
