Have just had our fibro roof sealed and painted then the gutters replaced. Yanni from Brisbane Roof and Paint responded promptly when initially contacted. His email explaining the job in detail and followed through utterly as the work progressed. Totally reliable and a job well done. Much appreciated, thanks.
We obtained a number of quotes and were eventually to take the advice of friends who happen to live in the same complex as our villa. Also the quote we received was pretty sharp. The job took longer than we expected from accepting the quote but that was no concern .We are very happy with the job and importantly to us ,the communicating from Yanni was excellent.
Do not engage this company or Yanni under any circumstances. There is so much to say about the horrific experience we have had with Brisbane Roof and Paint and Yanni after engaging them to restore our roof. It has been over 12 months since these guys caused significant damage to our roof and it is still not resolved. Yanni will spruik that he has adequate insurance coverage - that will prove a lie when you actually need to rely on it. Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated with this company - DO NOT USE Brisbane Roof and Paint for your roof restoration!!! Yanni did a terrible job!! Roof spayed on 18th May - finally completed on 30th July which is 2 .5 months. This was due to numerous faults and negligence - like spraying the roof whilst it was not fully dry which I warned them - as such this caused numerous issues!
