Iain communicated well and timely via email and was flexible with attending our property. Punctual, friendly and completed some minor and quick additional works/repairs included in the price. His prices and the 30 minutes of free repairs is definitely a selling point. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Iain was very unhelpful in his inspection of my pool and I would not recommend his services if you are looking to have your pool certified. He did not communicate issues on the day, provide explanations, or seeming willing to assist in rectification. Issues that were picked up were simple, such a moving a small pot plant, or adjusting the lock, that could have instantly being rectified on the spot and save having to pay him, or someone to re-inspect the pool. Very quick service. Iain was very helpful in checking that our pool was compliant, ordering necessary parts for us. Just a PS - Iain was so helpful, and cleaned up the glass before installing the new parts. Highly recommended - 6 stars!!
