The only thing there good at is taking your money for your new bike. I will never use this business again . I would have bought my next bike from them but when they stuffed me around once again and wouldn't return emails, about a problem they made with my first bike . Told me everything I wanted to here when I went in face to face. Bought my next bike elsewhere.
Bought my H2 SX from them in September and was told a charge of $1040 for delivery of the bike and collection of my trade in NSW would occur. Asked them a week before if i could come and collect and was told the $1040 would be refunded from my bill. Collected the bike and asked to fill out a form for refund and have been following up since September... they even told office of fair trading they would pay me back but still hasn't occurred. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A CENT UNLESS ITS THE TOTAL OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING AND DONT BELI... read more
